friendship is really a precious thing.. that's something I have come to truly apprehend only recently.. start realising I'm really gonna be leaving all these good friends behind and plunge into a different world altogether.. I mean going to a new country is exciting no doubt.. Can't wait to meet new people, make new friends and experience new cultures.. But thinking about the people I have to leave behind still makes me feel rather sad..

the fact that these 2 weeks, there's been two 409 outings that helped make me realise how much I miss these old friends who accompanied me through those angsty teenage years.. Oh that oh-so-familiar wave of nostalgia is sweeping over me yet again..

So let me enjoy the company of my friends this holiday season.. before it's time to get back into the studying mode.. and before it's time for me to temporarily say goodbye to all these people and things that I'm so familiar with, and taste the new air (definitely not as humid as Singapore) of a Perth..
